Within the last month or so, my taste for both sugar and salt has changed. Sugar does not taste as sweet and salt does not taste as salty. I tend to over salt foods. I am lucky to have my mother s genes - good metabolism. I eat lots of fresh fruits (mostly berries), raw or steamed green vegetables, grilled chicken breast, grilled fish and salmon, very little beef and pork, and drink very little alcohol. I am female, age 62, 5 10 , weight averages between 130-135. No history of major medical problems, very active, very agile. What s the deal? Thank you.
