What Causes Temperature Of 99.6 With Symptoms Of Flu After Drinking Liquor And Beer?
Hi I'm Amanda.. My fiancé drank apt last night. I don't know what he drunk but it was about 60 dollars worth of liquor and about 13 beers. Today he doesn't want t get out of bed and his body is burning but temperature is 99.6. He feels like he has the flu or something and he's drank plenty of water and has eaten. I'm just scared for him! What does this sound like ????
Most probably your fiance is just going through withdrawal from alcohol, which is very common after a heavy bout of drinking. Malaise and feeling feverish are common in alcohol withdrawal. He also may be having tremors, restlessness, headache, nausea, and sleep difficulty. Please do not worry as this will be gone in a few days. Till then he can take over-the-counter medications like Tylenol if needed and continue taking adequate food and water.
Best wishes.
