What Causes Tender Breasts And White Vaginal Discharge?

I took emergency contraceptive 5 days ago. 2 days later, my nipples became sore and my breasts tender. I am also having white vaginal discharge.. What is wrong with me? Am I pregnant? My last menstruation was on August 1 so I'm due to have my next menstruation a week after next week. What could have caused this?
