I have experienced pain and tenderness in the joint of my right big toe and simultaneously the right knee joint and outside of my right upper thigh. I also have pain down the outside of my right calf mostly at night time whilst in bed. The toe and knee pain has subsuded after a few days, but the thigh tenderness has persisted for a few weeks and remains, though only to the touch. I have thought of sciatica but I am worried about it.
