What Causes Tenderness In Upper Belly And Diaphragm Area?

Hi, I have discomfort and tenderness in upper belly and diaphragm area. Some swelling and difficulty breathing sometimes. It feels like there isn't enough space and I need to stretch it out. I also get postural pain between my shoulder places. Its becoming very annoying.
