What Causes Tension In My Neck And Shoulders While Bending Down When Suffering From BP?
I have very low blood pressure - always have. I have tension in my neck and shoulders often. I am a yoga teacher. Friday when I went to yoga class and bent over in a forward bend, my lips began to tingle. It's been like that all weekend. could it be just tension in my neck? nerves? What do you think? thank you;) Hannah YYYY@YYYY
There are numerous causes and conditions that produce tingling sensation in lips. Allergy to foods and cosmetics, viral infections, exposure to cool climatic conditions, vitamin B12 deficiency, neurological disorders, Diabetes etc.
Tingling in lips may also be seen in cervical spondylosis which is a signal to tell that nerve damage has been caused in the spine or neck area.
So, it is essential to find out the underlying cause for tingling in lips and has to be treated accordingly.
I suggest you to consult a Neurophysician for a detailed workup and further management.
Hope this information is helpful. Good luck
