What Causes Terrible Cough With Running Nose In An Infant?
My son is 1year old and has a terrible barking cough with runny nose and it is worst at night,he was diagnosed few weeks ago with croup and put on pulmicort respuless for 5 days as well as aspelone syrup he then was perfectly well for 2weeks and suddenly the bad cough came on 2days ago can I now nebulize with duolin as it is al I have and pharmacist says pulmicort is too strong as he was on it already...his phappy and playful and eating and drinking ,its just the cough is very bad and I m worried

It could be an upper respiratory tract infection. Conditions like whooping cough must be ruled out.
Consult a pediatrician and get evaluated. Antibiotics has to be started and most cases respond well to antibiotics.
