What Causes Terrible Pain In The Abdomen During Ovulation?

The last two of my middle of my ovulation times i have had terrible pain in my abdominal areas. On both side (left and right). It becomes extremely painful where i feel i cant do anything but lie very crunched and wait for it to go away. This last time i have had the same pains, i have been feeling very fatigue and light headed. I have also had lower back pain and i have had a slight cold. Along with that i had the shivers last night and woke up sweating. I can't stand up for long because i get very weak. I have also noticed that i need to urinate frequently. My body has started settleing down but this happens everytime i am half way through my ovulation period. I also tend to feel full more quickly now. I have turned vegetarian around 3 months ago, could this have an affect on my body? I also have pain during intercourse, it is just pain where if too much pressure is applied it becomes extremely uncomfortable. What is wrong with me? I also just caughed up some mucus with blood in it? Please help :(
