What Causes Testicle Area Lumps After Masturbation?

When I masturbate frequently within a short period of time, I can feel a series of lumps within my testicle, to the left side. They're not directly *on* the testicle, but just to the side, right near the top? of the scrotum. What could this mean? Is it just the vas deferens swelling?

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read facts of your query and reviewed it in context to your health issues submitted in your query.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query the reply of your query is-
Your current health issues seem to be due- Varicocele with pampiniform venous plexus Congestion from-Regurgitating Venous blood flow, especially in the epididymis -a convoluting vase deferrence .
With masturbation for short period, the hiked blood flow and testosterone levels-cause increased blood flow in the varicose veins in the epididymis. As result of the venus engorgement the epididymis- differentiates into series of lumps on side of testes and near the top of the testes.

Other causes need to be ruled out.

USG and colour doppler studies and assessment from Urologist would fix the exact cause from the additional accompanied possibilities in your case.

I would suggest Second opinion with Urologist who would get the USG with Colour doppler, to assess the exact cause which could cause series of testicular lumps to the left side. The possibility of varicosity in to epididymis of left testicle could also cause- such series of lumps after masturbation, which increases the engorgement of the epididymal varicose veins in your case.
All this need to be studied with USG and Colour doppler study of the testes and epididymis in your case.
Hence Other causes-as cited above- need to be ruled out,by verification with Surgeon and Urologist.

Do's-With these do's you can protect your testicular function from being affected for long term.
Consult with Urologist and Surgeon who would investigate physically and by USG with Colour Doppler study if needed.
This would fix the cause amongst the above or other possibilities of discomfort after repeated retraction lately in your case.
You need to treat it with Surgeon/ Urologist which should be done on priority and urgently to avoid further complications.

This would resolve the complaints of your's.

Constant followup with local family doctor with specialist Urologist / Surgeon-for long term would give you good results in time to come, which would depend on meticulous followup treatment of your health concerns,as the case treatment is complex to assess and execute.

Just don't worry and be patient and co-operate with your doctors, till you verify with your attending doctors.
For early recovery-please follow above do's which would resolve your complex health issues.

Hope this would help you to treat your health issues in the best way possible.
