What Causes Testicle Dropping To Side With Hernia?

I was recently diagnosed as having a hernia on my right side, i have since found that either my left testicle has dropped about an inch or my right testicle has risen, i can not be sure which but there is a definate irregularity within my scrotum.

Well come to HCM
Even in the normal subject such appearance being seen often and this would be normal condition but because of the hernia some time the testis could be retracted bit up in the region but this is nothing to worry after the repair of hernia this would come around, take care.
