What Causes Testicular Pain?

hi all .. 2 months ago i had a pain in my right testical . i went to the doctor ,. he told me that it's not a big deal .. and that pain is 'caused by the semens that are blocked ..and
he gave me a mult vitamins .. and declofonac sodium ...
and i was fine after taking these medicine .. but after that it came back ..
abd when i took the medicine again.. but it still hurts ,,
some people tells me that it's from depression ,,
i need an answer from the real doctors .. plz ...

Hi,

You need to get an ultrasound scan of testis if there is continuing pain in your testis. It can be from many causes including an infection, fluid collection, trauma or rarely a mass lesion.
