What Causes Testicular Torsion And Shrinkage?

I was wondering how can i find out if my testicle is working or not? I had a testicular torsion a couple months back but a couple months ago i noticed a shrinkage in the testicle and jow it is deflated. No pain but shiveled and small. What does this mean?

Hi there as far as I can judge by the complaints mentioned by you... The following can be considered.
1. Testicular torsion is usually associated with pain, but as you mentioned no pain so it's highly unlikely
2. You have a past history of testicular torsion so it's possible the arterial supply is blocked which is causing atrophy and other symptoms.
3. It can be orchiditis as its deflates so might be due to inflammation of testis
4. Get a usg doppler of testis done.
5. Consult a General surgeon for further management
