What Causes The Dry Blood In Nose?

I am 49 years old, 5'1 and 64kilos. Is nose bleeding related to cancer? Last year, I had breast operation with carcinoma situ and had intensive radiation (operation), but it was not malignant. It was detected right away. I never had nose bleeding but lately I noticed that in the morning I have this dry blood inside my nose. I am on a regular check up with my doctors and I just got worried about this nose bleeding, though I have allergies and yesterday. I cut trees and did lawn mower. Thanks

most common cause of nasal bleeding in adults could be due to hypertension. So once check your blood pressure.
