What Causes The Full Stomach Feeling, Tiredness And Sleepiness?

i have a full stomach, tired sleepy in the afternoons
and back pain sometimes and in the stomach area , the stomach is swollen my periods are due between 3rd and 5th of this month.i have tried doing some seat ups but the fullness feeling wont go away please advice anny..

These can be due to prementrual tensions or the body's response to the changing hormonal imbalance.

Wait and watch till you get menses. This should settle with it.

If not you may have to go for a Doctor's opinion and treatment as per the actual findings and investigation .
