What Causes The Itching Sensation And Touch Pain In My Abdomen?

after pathological examinaion it is found that alkaline phosphate is 302 as my age is about 56 years .i was suffering with harpis before two years. alway feel itching at the skin of abdomen and it put hand on abdoment feel senstivenes and some type of slight touch pain may can help what is problem and which department of CMC should be consult .

Hi.
Thanks for your query and history.
There are many causes of increased Alk Phosphatase- the major being hepatitis with obstruction to the outflow of bile.
The other causes are bone problems like secondary cancerous growth, some cancers and so on.
The first thing I would advise you to is :
Liver function tests.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
Bone scan.
Once the cause is found, it will be easy for the treatment to be given.

As for the Herpetic neuralgia: it can take months and years as the age advances for the pain to settle. YOu can try for nerve ablation and such surgical procedures or Medicines like GAbapentin in increasing dosages.
