What Causes The Symptoms Of No Appetite, Loosing Weight And Excessive Urinating?

In June 2013. I was going 4 to 5 times at night which I had never done before. I went to the doctor and was told that I had type 2 diabetes. I am taking Metformin 500 twice daily. Now for a week I have no appetite, loosing weight and excessive urinating now day and night. What is causing these symptoms. Thank you

Dear sir

All these symptoms such as
1. Loss of appetite
2. Loss of weight
3. Excessive urination will occur in the later stages of type 2 diabetes when blood sugars are not under control

If there is constant rise in the blood sugars for which you are not able to control through routine medicines.

Taking metformin 500 mg alone is not sufficient. you might need to add more drugs like glimeperide to increase the weight and prevent excessive urination.

Check your glycated hemoglobin and fasting blood sugars once and review.
