What Causes Thick Green Discharge From Eye And Pink Eye?
I have pink eye and I woke up this morning with a green thick discharge with my eyelids completely shut but ran out of my drops and I used Similasan Pink Eye Relief in my eyes before bed. I read after I used the drops that you shouldn t use Similasan if you have a thick green or yellow discharge from the eye and it s making me freak out now!! Can anyone tell me why it says not to or if I ll be okay?

based from your description, you could be suffering from bacterial conjunctivitis. it is best if you consult with an ophthalmologist for eye examination and proper antibiotic treatment. also, wash your hands frequently and do not rub them in your eyes.
