What Causes Throbbing Abdominal Pain Radiating To The Back?

I have throbbing pain in my very lower right abdomen and it radiates all the way thru to my back on the same side. I also have a lot more than usual gas and no constipation. I am taking an oral antibiotic Ampicillin 500 milligrams 3 times a day. I am also taking 600 milligrams of liquid gel Ibrophren 3 times a day for the pain. I have already had double hernia surgery in the pelvis area just above my penis. I have my appendix and gall bladder intact and try not to eat fatty foods.
