I get pain in my right knee that travels down to my right foot. It would then throb and pulse. Before the pain actually happens, my knee sort of stiffens and gets a cold sensation from the inside (possibly the outside as well) and it stays until the pain goes away. It happens during the summer, but mostly during the winter. Very rarely (although it still does happen) does my right elbow throb. It only happens to my right side and not the left, except once or twice.
