What Causes Tickly Cough And Runny Nose?

I have a tickle in my throat right where you swallow then it makes me cough to clear my throat but in turns into me coughing harder and having the urge to throw up but i never actually throw up its almost like a reaction in my stomach thats causing me to do this then the tickle goes away i get a running nose from this as well It happens every other day or so What is causing this it just recentely started about 2 months ago

Your symptoms seem to be related to an upper respiratory tract infection.

I suggest using anti-inflammatory medication such as Acetaminophen.

I also recommend drinking liquids.
