What Causes Tightness In Chest Along With Light Headedness And Fatigue?

Hi, I ve noticed that I have slight chest tightness and feel lightheaded and fatigued. It usually lasts for about 2 days. It always comes on a week before my period starts, and never during the rest of the month, it s happened for the last 4 months, and I ve noticed it before then, but it s not been every month.

What symptoms you are having is known as PMS ( pre menstural symptoms). You can take some pain reliever as symptomatic relief. You can also try with meditation and Yoga. Take care .
