What Causes Tightness In Throat, Chest And Stomach Area?

34 yrs. old. 5 4 . 120 lbs. I had my thyroid remove 2 yrs. ago. On levrothyroxine. See doctor every 4 months for blood check up. But, my question is. Am I pregnant? Been try fr 6 months now. I had a blood spot after whipe. For the pass 4 days I feel and look really bloated, feel like I have to breath deep to ease the tightness around the throat, chest, stomach area. I want to be physically active but sometimes throughout the day I feel like I might get a temperature and the next moment I feel ok.
