What Causes Tingling In Body Parts And Increased Hair Loss?

Hi I am 32 years old female, with no healthy problem before. From last 2 months I feel tingling all over my body, leg, arm, head, face, back, neck, fingers which comes daily and move around my body.

I sometimes have a burning feeling on top of my head and also in my both arms. These don't cause disabilities or numbness to me but it scares me too much.

I have tingling in my both legs more while walking. Recently I have light pain in my leg, neck, head and finger joints. I think it gets worth when I start thinking about it and have stress about serious problems. My head tingling really bother me and it comes daily.

I had unexplained hair loss for recent months (7 months) which is odd to me. I had a complete blood test, everything was normal but high ferittin ( 194, normal range 20~104), also test for lyme which came back normal.

P.S. I have a full time job, full of stress, 10 hours working with computer specially 7 last months
