What Causes Tingling Sensation Across The Fore Head?

I have a tingling feeling going across my forehead. It has been going on for several weeks but it is getting more common. I notice it when I'm just sitting and trying to relax or sleep and it only lasts about 5 seconds. It is right above my eyebrows and feels like pins and needles not pain.
