What Causes Tingling Sensation And Blister On Penis?
i have a blister on my penis that starts with a tingling sensation on my cap then a day later it breaks into a big blister, it has happened a couple of times like once a year, it takes a while to heal, im not promiscuous am married so only sleep with my wife, what could be the cause, pls help
