What Causes Tingling Sensation And Bruising On The Palms?
recently palm of hands are very sensitive particularly when lifting items and or doing manual work. May slightly bruise and turn red with some tingling sensation. Also one vein seems to be protruding slightly just under thick muscle of thumb, which is painful when touched.

As per your history, it may be due to nerve compression at cervical spine level.
For further assessment you may require MRI neck and nerve conduction studies after consultation.
You may require tablet Pregabalin and tableting multivitamin after consultation.
Till then you can take tablet acetaminophen.
Do regular physical therapy.
