What Causes Tingling Sensation And Chest Pain After Smoking Weed?

I have smoked weed like 4 days ago and since then I have had a tingling sensation that shoots from the left side of my body to the right side occcasionally. I have also have slight pain in my chest that is sometimes on the right and on the left like by my heart what should I do

cannot say in your particular case, but the distribution of both sides of the body precludes stroke. Certainly panic, hyperventilation, and other mental effects are common with marijuana. Not taking it and letting the side effects wear off would be the usual advise.
