What Causes Tingling Sensation And Pain On The Left Side Of The Face?

I usually experience a tingling sensation, pinching pain or cooling sensation on the left side of my face, head, shoulder bone, back, neck or arms. The feeling is not consistent throughout the day. Its more prominent when I lie down to the left side. Is this related to cervical muscle spasm? Please guide

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There are many causes of shoulder, head and facial tingling sensation. Actually it seems to me that there might be nerve compression, vitamin and mineral deficiency and facial palsy. There is possibilities of cervical nerve compression due to that you have tingling sensation all over upper extremities. But rule out the cause of tingling you must have to get done some test llke cervical x-ray, MRI, and some blood test.
