What Causes Tingling Sensation And Swelling In Hands And Feet?
i am a healthy 63 year old woman who eats healthily and exercises, although i have had breast cancer 17 years ago. I am suffering from a tingling in my hands and feet, my rings do not fit my fingers anymore and this seems to have got worse over the last two years.

This could be neurological symptoms but it would be just due to poor posture during sleep, or some time may be due to cervical spine spondylosis in either case try to maintain good posture, second this could be nonspecific, such symptoms comes around on its own, without doing anything, just you need to be very patience, take care and stop worrying, good bye.
