What Causes Tingling Sensation Around Penis Head During Urination And Otherwise?

I had sex a few days ago and recently been feeling a small tingling on the tip of my penis. It goes away when I m busy with other things but usually feels like I have to pee and feel a tingling in the vein a bit. I notice a green yellow bruise on the tip but it s not noticeable unless you really look at it. I m wondering if I should be worried about it or not, because I have no pain other than the tingling I get from time to time.

I really appreciate your concern, this is the nonspecific symptoms and it could be due to some friction injury or trauma or it could be allergic condition on tentative basis it can be well managed with "Povidone Iodine" cream and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
