What Causes Tingling Sensation At Penis Opening After Having Unsafe Sex?

Hi, I had un-protected sex with girl who said she had the virus for genital herpes. She said she had no outbreaks in years. We were together a couple of times over the course of a month. I have been test two times with negative results. My penis tip feels like it is tingling and being pulled at times. Also and itch in my along my waist line and groin area. I can not stop thinking of the mistake I feel I made by sleeping with this girl. It has been 3 months since we last had sex. My doctor told me I was driving myself crazy. I have over researched this weird feeling down there on the web. I want to believe I am clean and not passing anything on to my new girlfriend. Why is my junk still feeling funny? I just dont feel right down there and my mind is racing with the worst.

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
I think tingling sensation mainly due to STDs after unprotected intercourse.
Most commonly herpes.

Following are the STDs disease
1. Syphilis
2. Gonorrhoea
3. Herpes
4. Human papiloma virus
5. Chlamydia
6. Hepatitis
7. Gonorrhea
8. HIV
Or it may be due to hygiene problem or dermaitits

It is transmitted through oral, vaginally and anal sex.
After infection symptoms occur with in 2-14 days.

For diagnosis you have to consult doctor and do testing for STDs:
1. Gram stain and culture of urethral discharge, Herpes antigen test, ELIS
2. PCR and nucleic acid amplification test:swab should be taken from urethra


After diagnosis you can treatment according to this.
Till that time you can take single dose treatment of following drug:

AZEE 1000 mg
TINI 1 G
ZOCON 150 mg


2. Avoid sex till you clear from infection
3. Use safer sex practice: Use condom, Dental dams
4. Maintain hygiene after sex
5. If fever: Tablet Paracetamol 500 mg BD
6. If not resolved, do screening test for all above disease.
7. Showering after a workout, changing underwear, using a clean towel to dry off with and not redressing until the area is completely dry
8.Hydrocortisone ointment
