General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely urethritis. This can be due to urinary infection or STDs or excess mechanical stress from sexual act. If you had sex with a risky partner then STDs should be ruled out. If not go for urine routine test to rule out infection. In case of infection antibiotic therapy will be helpful. Doxycycline or azithromycin is given even though there is no signs of infection in tests also.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
