Hello,

Your symptoms can be indicative of developing CAD, coronary artery disease, MI, etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a Cardiologist or get examined in the ER. Get EKG, Echo, lipid function tests, blood sugar (F/PP), stress test etc., done to rule out any blockade.

Peripheral neuropathy and certain vitamin deficiency (vitamin B2,B5, B6,B12, may also cause tingling sensation in the arms. Get Nerve conduction velocity tests done. Take food rich in vitamin B2, B5, B6, B12, etc. or supplements. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
