What Causes Tingling Sensation In Foot Upon Lying Down?

When I lay down, my foot starts hurting and tingling. It is on the top of my foot and then goes to the inside of my foot. When I get up to walk, I can barely walk for the first couple of steps. I have a bone spur on top of my foot and probably arthritis. Can this be cured?

Greetings so many things can cause tingling sensations in your foot they include lack of vitamins lack of calcium pressure on the nerve supplying your legs if you have an arthritis this most affect the joints in the body regarding the tingling sensations take multivitamins capsules tablet calcium table folic acid then tablet Athrotec for the arthritis
