As per my clinical experience, the
tingling sensation over head do indicates most likely over exertion,
stress with
anxiety manifestations. My guidelines for better recovery:
- Do not involve in prolong computer work or texting
- Frequent eye splashing with
cold water
- Control of blood pressure and blood sugar
- Avoid stress and anxiety
- Take help of meditations, deep breathing exercises

YOGA daily for 30 minutes
- Walking in fresh air with plenty of ozone
- Balanced nutritious diet to combat the immunity
- Medication support as per your clinician advice.
