Hi,

Your symptoms could be suggestive of sciatica or neuropathy. Sciatica refers to pain that radiates along the path of the sciatic nerve, which branches from your lower back through your hips and buttocks and down each leg. Typically, sciatica affects only one side of your body.

Treatment includes:
1. Over-the-counter painkillers such as ibuprofen, which are also available to buy online.
2. Exercises such as walking or light stretching.
3. Hot or cold compression packs help to reduce pain. They are available to purchase online. It is often helpful to alternate between the two.

Kindly check your blood sugar levels to rule out any diabetic neuropathy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
