What Causes Tingling Sensation In My Whole Body, Urge To Urinate, Dryness In Mouth And Feeling Of Emptiness In Stomach?

i m having a tingling sensation of my whole body and warm. Feeling of needing to go to the bathroom, scared to sleep, dried mouth, with also a feeling of a empty stomach. But with the symptoms coming and going. Like a few minute I m fine and then next I m panicking.

* As per my clinical experience, this sounds to be dehydration state with concentrated urine and secondary infection.

* Primary relief with correction of hydration and later on evaluation of vital parameters with your PCP for further guidance.
