What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Arm, Loss Of Appetite And Cold Intolerance?
I run a lot, last week when I was running I felt some tingling in my left arm....I am a female.....age 56.....my arm now feels like it is not as strong as it should be, almost like I slept on it wrong, and has a jimmy leg feeling....I had the shakes in that arm yesterday....I have had flu like symptoms....loss of appetite...and have been colder than usual as of lately....

The feeling of cold and loss of appetite is mostly due to thyroid dysfunction. It's better to check your thyroid hormone levels. Feeling of tingling can be simply due to deficiency of B complex vitamins. As you are 56 years old, it's ideal to check for diabetes as well.
