What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Arms And Legs Along With Tiredness?
After finishing lunch, I had tingling in my arms, legs, and lips. It soon passed, but I felt tired. Later on in the afternoon, I had a large, sudden bowel movement but not runny (normally formed). That s been followed by tiredness and upset stomach.

The post lunch tingling ,numbness & tiredness is due to increased blood suply drawn to digestive system after digestion/over eating causing distensuon of abdomen... making breathing difficult so low oxygen supply to limbs.
The causative indigestion following over eating... leads to sudden mass contraction of bowel &large motion.&digestive problem.
