What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Chest And Arm With Nausea?

I have had occasional episodes where suddenly I have a tingling sensation that goes up my chest and then down both arms then stops. Immediately after that I feel nausea. If I lie down the nausea goes away and if I stay lying down for a while the nausea goes away.

Hello,

I think you should do an ECG to check for possible heart problems. If the results come out normal you may think of other conditions.
Also, other conditions which can cause it is gastritis. You may use antacids such as Pepto-Bismol or Maalox for heartburn.
