General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to Inadequate blood supply, nerve compression, Vitamin B12 deficiency, Vitamin D deficiency/Calcium deficiency.
I would suggest to consult primary care physician and undergo examination, routine blood test like CBC, ESR, serum calcium, vitamin B12/D.
Specific treatment depend on cause:
Do regular exercise like walking, running
Vitamin B12 deficiency: Healthy diet rich in probiotics, Mutivitamin tablet
Calcium deficiency/vitamin D deficiency:Intake of foods rich in calcium like milk and supplementing calcium/vitamin D in the form of tablets.
Nerve compression require drugs like pregabalin
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up needed
