I been having tingling feeling in my hands for months. Most of the time my hands are very cold. The other day I went to the doctor because I had a dizzy spell. It really scared me and also my vision is blurry. I also suffer from depression and I have been on my meds for quite sometime. My head feels cloudy like I m not seeing things clearly. Please help!!

Hello! I read your question carefully. In most cases tingling in both hands and dizziness also can be symptoms of anxiety disorders or panic attacks. It's less possible for these complaints to be side effects of the drugs you're using, because the last symptoms you describe above have been present very late since the starting of depression drugs. In some cases when these drugs are used for years the scheme of medication need to be checked, when anxiety and mood disorders come to surface. I would have been more specific if you mentioned the drugs. I suggest for you to see your psychiatrist to evaluate the state of your disorder and the medication.
I hope i have been of help.
