What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Hands And Feet?

62 year old female with tingling in hands and feet. Frequent fatigue. Occasional test pain. EF normal. Heart cath show no significant blockage or issue. Colonoscopy and endoscopy (?) normal. Symptoms came on over short period of time. Local doc puzzled.
