What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Head And Headaches?

i have a tingling sensation in the back of my head on the left side and also pain under my jawline and on the cheeks near the ear on the left side;Also having headaches continously.Ibuildup was under the impression that it was a sinusitis headache but now realised it isnt.had an mri of the head which says no mucous

Hello,

A headache can be of many reasons. The most common being migraine. Other causes can be cluster headaches, stress headaches etcetera. If headaches are too frequent need to go to a general practitioner for history and examination to come to a diagnosis. Usually, no preliminary scans are required. Graded analgesia was given for treatment and is easily control. Lifestyle modification is also advising like decreasing tea or coffee or alcohol and smoking whichever can be triggering factors.
