What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Left Arm?

what causes an electrical shock sensation in the left arm. I am 60 years old, 5 6 tall and weigh 140 lbs. I had 2 stints placed in the my last October. Had 80% blockage on both sides & 50% on the middle. I did not and do not fit the profile for this condition. All of my numbers are good. My doctor said it was all inherited .

take ultrasound and look for further blockage if required more stent can be applied myelogram can be done and if thereis block then angiogram can be done with bypass surgery.
