What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Left Hand And Leg?

I have had two ECG tests and two stress tests in the last on months all test were good but still have pins and needles in my left hand sometimes going to my left leg and have a weird feeling on my left side below my armpit What could this be ? I am a stressful person

Hi,

Tingling sensation on the left side of the body on the arm is not always related to heart issues. As you have undergone cardiac tests as per your doctor's advice and there is no issue related to it.

Next thing you can do is see a neurologist, sometimes such tingling sensation is related to nerve issue which needs to be examined by the doctor and some tests like nerve conduction test and some additional diagnostic tests might be advised by your doctor to see the exact cause behind it.

I would suggest you if nothing comes out to be a cause behind your symptoms after seeing the neurologist then as you mentioned that you are a stressful person so, it's possible that the issue is psychological but that's the next thing to do seeing a psychiatrist.

First of all, let the neurologist examine you with all relevant history and after his opinion, you can take further steps.
