Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As tingling sensation occurs due to nerve entrapment anywhere in its course and based on that the dermatomes and myotomes are affected. Burning within the knee joint can be considered as inflammation of the joint due to some abnormal movements.

I will advise doing icing to knee joint, hot water fermentation to lower back, simple core stability exercise, hip muscle strengthening exercises, static hamstring, static quadriceps, ankle toe movements and straight leg raise in lying position. This should help reduce the symptoms and improve muscle property.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
