What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Neck And Arms With Dizziness?
I sometimes get a pain in my neck and then my arms tingle and hurt and I feel like I am a little dizzy and then it goes away and I am fine and this happens in just a few seconds of time and it happens only once in a great while. The pain in my neck and shoulders is sometimes intense and other times just a minute pain.

General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi, Thanks for the query. I understand your concern. The neck pain you have followed by tingling &pain in shoulder &dizziness seems to be due to cervical spondylosis. You would need to get xray/MRI /CT scan of cervucal spine to point out the site of spinal involvement followed by specific advise of an orthopedic surgeon. (Medicines-pain medicine, vitamine B12/physiotherapy & surgery in few patients with severe symptoms) Thanks.
