What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Right Side Of The Body?
last week I got a tingling along my right side, leg arm torso light the feeling when your leg goes to sleep and is waking up; lasted only a moment; happened twice more that evening and my wife took my blood pressure which was normal, that was almost a week ago; happened lightly this morning now just had a more intense session that went from the top of my head to my toes even effecting my tongue, again on my right side; I am 67, very active and have had no medical issues other than an enlarged prostate
Hi Thanks for posting on HCM The symptoms you present may be caused by many medical conditions some of which are: -Metabolic problems including ionic imbalances -Diabetic neuropathy -Peripheral neuropathy -Neurologic pathologies like MS -Deficiency in some essential vitamins -Liver and kidney disorders With all these possible causes, i will suggest you visit the Doctor for examination.Work-ups like a full blood count, serum electrolytes, fasting plasma glucose, vitamin levels, liver and kidney function tests will be needed.If no cause is found, tests like CT scan or MRI and electromyography may be needed.
