What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Toes?

I have been experiencing tingling in both great toes. It started after working my four hour shift at Menards. I walk on my feet constantly for 4 hours without a break. Now I feel the stinging/tingling in both great toes anytime of the day even when not working. Sorry, I cannot afford the $15.00 consultation fee.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to nerve compression at lumbar spine level

For further assessment you may require MRI back and nerve conduction studies after consultation

For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen. You may require tablet Pregabalin and multivitamin after consultation

Do regular physical therapy and avoid forward bending and squatting position

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
